GAA fans can relieve the memories of gathering around the wireless to listen to exciting match commentaries from Michael O'Hehir, watch highlights of great All-Ireland finals like Downs breakthrough in 1960 and the battles between Kerry and Dublin in the 70’s, gaze upon the medals of Jimmy Doyle, Christy Ring and Jack Lynch among others, come face to face with the original Sam Maguire and Liam McCarthy trophies lifted for the first time by Kildare and Limerick in 1928 & 1923 respectively.

Founded in 1884, the Gaelic Athletic Association (GAA) is Ireland’s largest sporting and cultural organization. Croke Park Stadium is the home of Ireland’s unique national games of hurling and gaelic football. Holding 82,300, Croke Park ranks as the 4th largest stadium in Western Europe and is one of the most historic and modern sporting arenas in the world. The GAA Museum at Croke Park celebrates the history and heritage of Gaelic Games including the birth and development of the Gaelic Athletic Association (GAA). The recently renovated museum comprises two floors with over 40 audio-visual shows bringing to life players, matches and countless memories of the past. There is a vast collection of artifacts including trophies, medals, jerseys and in our specially designed interactive area you can test your hurling and football skills. The behind-the-scenes guided tour offers you the chance to follow in the footsteps of players on All-Ireland Final day, visiting the players lounge, dressing rooms, players tunnel and pitchside as well as a glimpse at the service areas, corporate levels, and media centre.
