We offer two types of treatment; physical therapy & massage. Physical therapy consists of an assessment, hands on soft tissue work, stretching, and rehabilitation programmes suitable for treating conditions such as arthritic pain, foot pain, back pain, joint stiffness, muscle pain, neck and shoulders and headaches. We aim to restore mobility and function and include advice on exercises to manage and improve your condition. We also use Laser Therapy in conjunction with our hands on work and it is proving to be a very popular treatment with our clientele for joint pain. Massage is suitable for niggles or areas of tightness and can be tailored for any part of the body. If you are not sure which treatment you need please ask us and we will be happy to advise you. Our clinic is located on the ground floor and free parking readily available.
