Le Presbytère, is an old converted building in the small French village of Thézan Lès Béziers, . There you can enjoy the warm sunshine of the Languedoc in a beautifully restored house whose roots go back to the 12th Century. Furnished with antique Armoires and modern comfortable beds you will sleep soundly in the quiet of the French countryside. The food is very special here from the fresh fruits and patisserie of breakfast to the delicious four course (plus drinks) dinners that Martin serves every night.Martin has been a fan of French Cuisine for the 40 years he cooked in Ireland and is delighted to use his experience to feed a small number of people in a family atmosphere.
