Use of Your Information
SilverCircle does not and will not sell, rent or transmit in any way your identification to third parties.

Personal information or details of personal accounts will be released only when we believe this release to be appropriate and in compliance with law; to enforce our terms and conditions; to protect the rights, property, or safety of SilverCircle, or others.

Email
It is the policy of SilverCircle to email potential members during the enrolment process and to send emails to members when they have elected to receive these. In addition, it is SilverCircle’s policy to communicate with our members by email for the purpose of customary business communications (payment confirmations, etc.).

It is our policy to immediately remove any member from any mailing list upon the member's request. In addition, SilverCircle may email newsletters to members. All newsletters will contain clear instructions to inform members as to how he or she can remove himself or herself from future mailing lists. We use email as a means of collecting feedback from our members and we encourage you to email us with your questions, comments and suggestions.

SilverCircle may provide facilities on silvercircle.ie that will allow members to refer articles to people known to them, or to suggest that people known to them become members of SilverCircle and join the SilverCircle card scheme. You may not use any email forwarding services that SilverCircle provides to send spam or otherwise send content that would violate our Privacy Policy, or Terms & Conditions. We do not permanently store, sell, or rent any email messages or email addresses that relate to our members’ use of the site.

Membership Registration
Our site's registration form requires you to provide SilverCircle with contact information and may also require you to submit to SilverCircle demographic information.

We may use the contact information that you submit during the registration process to contact you in order to provide you with information about our company. We may also use these contact details provided by you to send you promotional material from some of our affiliated partners. Your contact information is also used to contact you regarding updates to site/s or issues regarding your membership, when this is necessary.

SilverCircle may use the information that you provide to us to verify your identity in the case that you wish to retrieve a forgotten password, or to process any transactions that you might make on our site.

Updating Your Personal Information
SilverCircle provides you with options by which you can alter your personal data, including changing your email address, password and contact details. You can register changes with SilverCircle, either by logging into your account through the website, or by writing (by email or post) to us.

Therefore, we recommend that you do not disclose your SilverCircle password to any third parties.
